Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately at contactus@onocases.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


3. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for your preferred product.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
